Hi, I’m Kate!
I'm a storyteller who discovered UX design and fell in love.
I was introduced to UX design while exploring content strategy, and uncovered a whole new world where strategy, creativity, data and design collide to create a user-centred approach.
After 5+ years in the non-profit sector working in communications and project management, I know how stories can bridge cultural divides, connect people and create an impetus for change. Now, I leverage those skills, empathy and experience to enhance every UX project I create.
In my spare time I love trying to replicate restaurant dishes (cassoulet was harder than it looked), and I also co-write a travel blog with my husband called Running for Trains. And yes, we have definitely run for more than one train.
Finally, I love to collaborate on projects, and I’m always down for a coffee chat. So send me note on LinkedIn, let’s talk!
